In this immersive, you will learn the ancient Hawaiin ceremony of ho opono pono. This healing ceremony can work on many different layers of forgiveness, be it tiny energy drains or (what feels like) insurmountable suffering.

I have found this ceremony to be one of the most potent in my own healing. I use it regularly for small things that are triggering me as well as for bigger wounds that have brought me to my knees in despair. The ground and clarity that is cultivated through forgiveness ripples across time and space, across body, mind and spirit. It can help restore right relationship with yourself, your relationships, your lineage and the world at large.
